Sany Group, multinational organization and global manufacturer of industry-leading construction equipment company, right now needed a Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaker).
Duties and responsibilities :
1. Arrange the directors business travel and accommodations, schedule personal appointments, and handle any other matters that may arise.
2. Able to translate text between the two languages with ease. Whether it is an important business document or a casual conversation.
3. Able to provide verbal translation services between Indonesian and Mandarin during meetings or conferences where participants may not speak the same language.
4. Provide general administrative support as required. This may include tasks such an answering phone calls, responding to emails, filling documents, and performing other duties as needed.
